Old towns & neighbourhoods
Three to five hours a day through markets, courtyards and riversides — London, Kyoto, Dubai's creek. History told where it happened, lunch where the locals queue.
See city tripsNo coaches between highlights, no whistle-stop photo pauses. Our days are planned at three miles an hour — with lunch, lookouts and lingering built in.
Every Waypost trip belongs to one of four walk families. Same promise in each: a local guide, a group of twelve or fewer, and a route we have walked ourselves.

See city tripsGentle full-day loops from one base — Bali's terraces, Provence-style lanes, vineyard country. Farmhouse lunches, swim stops, and afternoons that end early on purpose.
See country tripsSantorini's caldera edge, Amalfi-style lemon paths, island ridge walks that finish at the water. We plan around tides, shade and the best swimming hour.
See coast tripsOur fittest weeks — balcony trails, lake circuits and one summit sunrise, with lifts where they count and luggage moved ahead daily. The Swiss Alps and the Dolomites.
See alpine tripsInternational flights are not included, so you can use points or your favourite airline. We recommend arrival times, meet you at the airport, and every transfer after that is ours.
Small, characterful and walkable: family inns, courtyard guesthouses and one well-chosen hotel per trip. All rooms are private with en-suite bathrooms unless we say otherwise.
Each trip page names its pace honestly — distances, climbs and rest stops. City and country trips suit anyone comfortable on their feet for a day; alpine weeks ask for hill practice first.
Four to twelve walkers, never more. Most groups land around eight — small enough for one dinner table, big enough for good company.
